STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT | STAKEHOLDER REQUIREMENTS ASSESSMENT
Stratos Global (later acquired by Inmarsat), a satellite communications firm with international operations, faced persistent challenges bridging its engineering and product management functions. I stepped into a generalist role to help clarify business requirements, improve cross-team communication, and support the development of multiple product initiatives. I worked closely with product managers to articulate their needs more effectively — reducing reliance on engineering to speak on their behalf — and helped navigate a difficult relationship with a third-party software vendor. The engagement showcased my ability to adapt across technical and strategic domains, resolve friction points, and bring structure to complex development environments.
