Polar Coordinates supported a new farm development, Homestretch Farms, in developing a business plan for Seed Starts, a venture focused on expanding agricultural capacity and local food systems. Our contributions included defining products and services, identifying target markets, and shaping a sales and marketing strategy tailored to regional conditions and consumer trends. The engagement also involved a detailed SWOT and industry analysis, highlighting competitive positioning, regulatory considerations, and emerging opportunities in northern agriculture. We helped identify and evaluate operational risks and contributed to the financial model.  It was a key aspect of funding and permitting approvals.
