FINANCIAL ANALYSIS & FUND MANAGEMENT | INFRASTRUCTURE

Safe at Home Society engaged Polar Coordinates to support financial tracking and reporting for The Hearth renovation project — a multi-partner initiative aimed at expanding housing capacity in Whitehorse. My role included updating fund management documents, developing reporting tools, and ensuring compliance with funder agreements and internal financial policies.

Working closely with the Executive Director, Bookkeeper, and Project Manager, we helped clarify funding sources, streamline reporting schedules, and design Excel-based systems tailored to the organization’s operational needs. We also led regular funder meetings to ensure alignment and transparency.
